Hey, I'm Ekaterina!

I am a registered dietitian, with experience in supporting women through the most pivotal stages of life, including perimenopause and post-menopause.

In my practice I’ve worked with clients from toddlers to 60+, but I’ve found my deepest purpose working with midlife women who feel like they’ve lost control of their energy, digestion, weight, and confidence.

I’ve seen this struggle unfold in real-time, not just in my clients, but in the women I love. Their confusion. The sleepless nights. The silent frustration of doing everything right. I believe that:

Do I need a diagnosis to book a consultation?

No, you don’t need a formal diagnosis. We’ll explore your symptoms, history, and goals together to create a nutrition plan tailored to you.

Can you help if I’m on HRT or other medication?

Absolutely. As a registered dietitian, I’ll ensure that all nutrition recommendations are safe and complementary to your current treatment plan.

What’s the difference between a single consultation and your 12-week programme?

A 1:1 consultation is ideal if you want personalised advice and a clear starting plan. The 12-week programme offers deeper, ongoing support, accountability, and adjustments along the way.

How do online consultations work?

All sessions are held via secure video call. You’ll receive a booking link, reminders, and a follow-up summary with practical action steps.

Will I receive a meal plan?

Instead of restrictive meal plans, you’ll get personalised nutrition guidance, meal ideas, and resources that fit your preferences and lifestyle.

Can I upgrade to the full programme later?

Yes! Many clients begin with a consultation and then choose to continue. Your consultation fee can be applied toward the 12-week programme if you decide to upgrade.

Do you work with clients outside the UK?

I work with clients from the UK and Europe.

What’s your cancellation or rescheduling policy?

You can reschedule up to 48 hours before your appointment. Cancellations made after that window may be subject to a fee. You can read full Terms and Conditions here.

Do I need to track my food or symptoms beforehand?

If possible, jot down what you typically eat and any key symptoms for a few days before your session. It’s not required, but it gives us a great starting point for personalised recommendations.

Do I need to bring anything to the consultation?

Bring any recent blood test results, medications, or supplements you’re taking. Don’t worry if you don’t have everything - we’ll still make great progress.
