Hey, I'm Ekaterina!

I am a registered dietitian, with experience in supporting women through the most pivotal stages of life, including perimenopause and post-menopause.

In my practice, I’ve worked with clients from toddlers to 60+, but I’ve found my deepest purpose supporting midlife women who feel like they’ve lost control of their energy, digestion, weight, and confidence.

I’ve witnessed this struggle unfold in real time—not only in my clients, but in the women closest to me. The confusion, the sleepless nights, and the quiet frustration of doing everything right yet still not feeling like themselves.

That’s why I believe that:

food should feel like nourishment, not stress

 that your symptoms are real and deserve to be addressed, not dismissed

with the right strategy, it’s absolutely possible to feel lighter, clearer, more energised, and back in sync with your body again.

Initial consultation 

- Detailed Health Assessment: Discussion of your medical history, lifestyle, dietary habits, specific health concerns, medication and supplement use

- Nutritional Goal Setting: Collaborative development of personalised health goals, considering your unique needs.

- Dietary Analysis: Review of your current eating patterns and identification of potential improvements or gaps.

- Lifestyle and Behavioral Insights: Exploration of factors such as stress, sleep, and physical activity that affect your nutrition and health.

- Personalised Action Plan: Development of a tailored plan with practical recommendations to support your long-term health and well-being.

- Q&A Session: Opportunity for you to ask questions and clarify any doubts regarding your diet and lifestyle

Follow-up appointment

- Review of Your Progress: We’ll discuss how you’ve been getting on with your action plan and any challenges you’ve faced along the way.

- Assessing Your Health Outcomes: Together, we’ll look at any improvements or changes in your health, such as energy levels, weight, or other markers.

- Adjusting Your Plan: Based on your feedback and progress, we’ll make any necessary adjustments to your nutrition plan to keep you on track.

- Further Nutritional Guidance: I’ll provide more advice on areas where extra education/support is needed 

- Addressing New Concerns: If any new health issues or questions have come up since our last session, we’ll talk through them.

- Motivational Support: I’ll offer encouragement and practical tips to help you maintain your new healthy habits in the long term.

- Setting New Goals when required: We’ll refine your goals to ensure they stay aligned with your evolving needs and keep you moving towards your desired outcomes.
